Paid for this app so I could send an urgent business related fax. Never sent! Kept saying failure that their server could not connect. I sent 2 emails to their support line but did not receive a reply. I believe they are a UK or German based company. Im truly bummed out and thought they would save the day, not make it worse. Buying this app looks like a gamble where there are so many other fax apps with perfect success rates. May have worked for many, NOT ME.

Updating server try in 30 min. Constantly updating, worthless app

I have had any problem sending faxes.

Paid the for 50 faxes and some of my faxes did not go through

I had a problem with not receiving the ax pages i paid for. Customer service was able to help me and make sure that we found a solution to the problem. Great tool for a business person on the go.

I love using this to fax, BUT it is not reliable. Sometimes when I need to send an important fax (like right now) it says *cannot connect to server* even though I have wifi and full bars. Wish it was more reliable.

Seemed to be user friendly at first. Wanted to send one page email as a fax so I photoed it from my iPad. Sent to my own fax number. It ringed my fax machine within seconds, sent only the first part, two lines, of the fax. I thought perhaps I cropped out incorrectly so emailed same fax doc in history to my email. I received email with correct document. While in the middle of writing this to be negative review the fax rang again and spit out full document just fine. their server successfully detected that the first fax was incomplete and relaxed the document in full. So 3 stars for now and I will keep trying sending to my own fax until I am confident. One thing for sure, if I start receiving junk faxes someone will wish they never heard my name! We will see lol

Worked perfectly for months. Now it cant connect to server after update. Useless.

Loved this free easy app. Who really faxes anymore... Take a pic and text or email. My work from home job requires me sending a fax 4 or 5 times a week. Fax machine died didnt want to spend the money on a new one. Tried this app. Worked great. Called to confirm receipt (paranoid needed to get there ASAP) went right through. Im the first review for this new app. Tried it because of the feature 1 page per day free most are free to download but charge a per page fee. If you are an occasional faxer. Youll love this app.

I try just about all of the fax apps by far this is the best one

Worked without any issues and saves records of transmission. Definite must get if you dont fax often because you dont have to purchase unnecessary credits.

The app froze upon opening & remained frozen.

Nice idea but Ill gladly pay .99 cents, and retain my sanity, using my existing all-in-one app.

Ive had this app for more then 3 years now, and iv never had a problem. Always there when I need it. I dont need to send a fax more then once a day. And even if I did I cant imagine my trusty fax app giving me any problems.

I am evaluating Apps that will allow the user to fax a document from their phone. I used both the "test fax", and the 1 free fax. NEITHER fax showed up at its destination!!!
